Roger Eugene Baruth was convicted of robbery, I.C. ç 18-6501, and sentenced to the custody of the Board of Correction for a fixed term of thirty years. The district court enhanced the sentence with a consecutive three-year term, under I.C. ç 19-2520, for use of a firearm during the commission of the robbery. Baruth appealed. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
